Virtual Trainer is joined by Concept 2 and TRX Fitness Anywhere at Loretta Lynn's this week. In addition to daily demonstrations and a 500 meter row challenge we will be presenting a Work Out of the Day specifically for Loretta Lynn's. First up is a workout created by Greg Hammond at Concept2.
Do 5 sets of the following in circuit format
Row 250 meters
5 Burpees
10 TRX Atomic Pushups
