Virtual Trainer is joined by Concept 2 and TRX Fitness Anywhere at Loretta Lynn's this week. In addition to daily demonstrations and a 500 meter row challenge we will be presenting a Work Out of the Day specifically for Loretta Lynn's.
3 Circuits as Fast as You Can:
500 meter row
TRX Single Leg Pistol Squats -15 each leg (Plyo optional)
25 pushups (wide hands)
