How do the bars help the work out? Is it just the position works the muscles you are using better?
If you are referring to the motocross bars when used on the rower, it doesn't necessarily give you a better workout. Its more of a comfort thing. People who row all the time hate the wider grip the bars offer. Guys like us who ride usually prefer a little wider grip.
