P90X Week's 2-3 Update

by Racer X Virtual Trainer

Hey Everyone! Its me Kim, and yup I am still alive! Actually, still lovin it!

Summer has kicked in to full gear at my house. Everyday is a juggle with basketball, tennis, P90X and summer activities that I can't believe I still have as much energy as I do. I haven't noticed any results yet, which is kind of a big bummer for me! But I will not give up! It is currently 8:35 pm and I am actually ready for bed tonight. I am on week 2 of juggling summer activities and week 3 of P90X.

I still hate Yoga to the highest extent! But like they say... "Just press play" and I am fired up and ready to go, instantly! Monday is Chest and Back and I can already notice a difference in how many pull ups and such I can do. That one has got to be my favorite. Kenpo, still lovin it! Plyometrics = so much fun now because I got some new Nike Air Max Tailwinds and I can't believe how high I can jump now!

My nutritionist, Amanda Reat from Novel Nutrition has made the phase one eating part almost enjoyable and I am so thankful for her! Last Sunday I prepared and froze all my meals for the week. Which made it 95% easier to manage, especially since I am always on the go! Plus with a 7 year old at home, he isn't going to eat some of the stuff that I am cooking for this. So I was basically preparing two different meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it took that right out of the equation.

I really can't think of to much else to write right now! But I will keep you guys updated on whats going on next week... as it will be week 4 and I guess I have to do yoga a few nights :0( haha. For everyone thinking about starting P90X do it! I can tell you one thing, have a partner do it with you to get each other fired up! I wish I did! It is long and I wish I had a partner pressing play with me! :0)
