    that is pretty intence.. but i was wondering what a person like me could do toget ready for the up coming season. I am going to race 125 junoir and i want to get a head start on the compitetion any ideas?!

    Any ideas??? Are you kidding me?!?! That is the entire purpose of this site. To help you train and get ready for your season. I recommend you start reading and learning how to train from the articles provided on this site. It is all here but you have to put in the effort to learn. If you put forth the effort, we will do everything we can to help.

    So start reading some articles, try some workouts, figure out what your goals are, how much time you have to dedicate to training, and try to put a program together. A good place to start is with the "Strength Training for Motocross Article." If you have questions go to the forum and start a thread with your questions. Good luck!
