I rarely see the fact that you should learn the fine art of "falling correctly" but, here it is! I've not missed a season of MX since 1972 and I assure you that, with little doubt, I'm the king at "falling correctly" not because I do so frequently but for the fact...again...I've been at this season after season since 1972. It's a hard play in the mind of the motocrosser to have a REFLEX ACTION to IMMEDIATELY cross arms across your body in the midst the fact that...you're going down clown. And the article is 100% spot on! YOU GOTTA' PRACTICE CRASHING!

    WHAT?!?!?

It's not...AT FIRST...the fact you have to go out and create a scenario whereas, sooner or later, ya' gotta' practice crash and ruin those needless high dollar graphic kits on your purdy motocrosser. But, dressed in full off-road rider garb, it doesn't take too much imagination to come up with ways to retrain our pea-brains how to BEGIN to immediately react to the opening moments of certain crashes. Yeah sport fans, it's weird. But, including this in training regime and even playing the scenario out in your mind...especially when your wife is telling you all about her day of antique shopping with her bridge club OR yammering about how YOU spent the day riding instead of mowing the grass and trimming the hedges like you were suppose to... SEE!!! PLENTY of opportunity in one's day to play crash in your mind!

But face it off-road brother ans sisters. If you're SERIOUS about longevity as I am, ya' just gotta' do what ya' just gotta' do. Find yourself a place place to start doing the dirty deed for THE first steps of longevity in motocross. No one needs to describe how TO do it it's just "as easy" as the Nike commercial slogan "Just Do It!"

And, be sure there's no witnesses in the midst of these advanced motocross training sessions! If they don't haul you off to Motocross Community Hospital for your self-inflicted injures, they're certain call in the men in the white jump suits and butterfly nets to Bakker Act you for acting strangely in public!

Hello, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues.
When I look at your blog site in Opera, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.

I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, superb blog!
