This week's episode of the Racer X Virtual Trainer podcast show features Nitro Circus superstar, Andy Bell. As a trainer, I probably look at the Nitro Circus and everything they do from a different perspective. While I am amazed at the crazy shit they do, I am more impressed with their athletic ability and willingness to risk injury.

In this 1-hour podcast, Andy talks about all the crazy stunts, what he does to train for the craziness, Travis' roof top backflip, about how crazy Chad Reed's first attempt ever at a backflip was on dirt (no foam pit), and of course Andy's latest stunt getting in the ring with a professional MMA fighter and taking the three round fight to a decision!
