| Star Racing's Nico Izzi has a new lease on racing. New team, new bike (which will be the first time he has raced anything but a Suzuki), and he will be sporting his rookie number |
This week's episode of the Racer X Virtual Trainer podcast show features DNA Shred Sticks/Star Racing Yamaha's Nico Izzi, Broc Tickle, and their trainer Charles Dao. Nico started working with Charles at the end of the 09' outdoor season and Broc started just before Thanksgiving.
In this 30-minute podcast, Nico, Broc, and Charles sit down and discuss how their off-season training program has progressed, as well as Broc's focus on A1, Nico's expectations in the East Coast rounds, who they feel are the font runners on both coasts, and their predictions on who will ultimately win the 450 class.
Check out my trip to California to hang out with Nico and Broc!
Don't forget that all Virtual Trainer Podcasts are enhanced so be sure and download the m4a file to iTunes or QuickTime so you can enjoy the many features that an enhanced podcast offers. One cool thing along with the slideshow is that enhanced podcasts have chapters. I have marked each question with a chapter so you can fast forward and rewind question by question which makes for easy scanning (ok, so I didn't actually do that for this podcast but I did add some cool pictures). To take advantage of this feature use iTunes, your iPod touch, iPhone or similar device
And please visit our sponsors, Concept2 rowing and Fitness Anywhere, makers of the TRX suspension trainer because without them, there would be no Virtual Trainer website let alone a podcast show.
You will also want to make sure you subscribe to the RSS feed so that you are always up to date as I add more podcasts to the show. Thanks and enjoy!
