Hot on the heels of the 40/40 Upper Body Challenge, we bring you the TRX Lower Body Challenge. Inspired by the world renowned Tour de France, we thought we'd give you a little flavor of what those racer's bodies are going through and get you pumped up for all your summer biking, hiking, and motocross activities.
The TRX Lower Body Challenge consists of 40 suspended leg lunges on each leg and 40 hip presses, designed to work everything from your core down. Combinded with the TRX 40/40 Challenge , you have a full body workout!
Participation is just as easy as the TRX 40/40 Challenge:
- Review the video and rules of the TRX Lower Body Challenge
- Accept the challenge
- Post your video of the challenge once completed
