Workout of the Day (4/20/10)

Workout of the Day - If you raced or trained hard this past weekend, Tuesday will be your first high intensity training day of the week. Try workout #2 in this high intensity in-season routine that will get your week started off on the right foot.
If you hit it hard in yesterday's workout, then today should be a lighter day. Choose your favorite cardio activity and train at no more than a zone 2 Heart Rate (60-70% Max Heart Rate). An example would be a 1 hour light jog. Yoga would also be a good workout for today.
