Workout of the Day (6/22/10)

It is 101 outside where I live today, so be careful if you are training outdoors. For me, I can't wait. Today is my famous 15/5/2 workout. 15 mile bike ride, 5 mile run, 2K meters on the rower.

Workout is performed as follows:
Bike ride - alternate between zone 3 and zone 4 heart rates.
Run - Sprint into zone 5 and hold for as long as you can. Recover for as short a time as possible.
Row - Tabata. 15 seconds hard, 10 seconds easy. Use the Tabata setting on the rower monitor.
