Today's workout is a TRX based cardio strength training session. High Intensity workout that only takes about 40 minutes start to finish.
This workout is great if you are in the middle of your race season. High intensity cardio strength work is perfect for the in-season training phase. If you don't have a TRX (get yours here), the workout can also be done sans TRX. Get the workout here.
