Workout of the Day (7/6/10)

Time to get back after it if you took it easy this Fourth of July Weekend. High Intensity, 5 mile interval run.
If you live on the East Coast of the U.S., be mindful of the dangerous effects of the heat. It is 101 F at my house in Virginia and personally I love it. Can't wait to get out there!
Interval Run - Start out the first mile or 10-minues with a nice easy pace. Then, choose a time (I like 2 minutes) and run as hard as you can. Recover with a light jog for 3 minutes. Repeat for 5 miles or 1 hour. Finish with 3 sets of TRX Atomic pushups and low rows.

I love the heat too , but no for moto! Yesterday i did a very nice bike ride and the temperature was about 104 F , 40ºC here in Portugal!
