Workout of the Day (7/8/10)

Legs are shot and I'm a little tired. Time for some P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Tris.
I am a big fan of P90X Yogo, Kenpo, and Plyometrics but so far have not tried the upper body routines. Since my legs are shot and I am crunched for time, I am going to try the Chest-Shoulders-Tris workout.
