Workout of the Day (9/13/10)

tonight's workout will be a 4 mile run with three TRX exercises at the end. The first mile will a warm-up, the next 3 will be at the upper level of heart rate zone 4. Once the run is complete, transition to the TRX. Perform 3 sets of 25 reps or low rows, atomic push-ups, and bicycle crunches. Do the exercises in circuit fashion as fast as you can. The objective is to keep the heart rate up as high as possible. Good luck, this hurts!
