Workout of the Day (9/15/10)

Wednesday is a work day, so today we get after it with more high intensity work.
Tonight's workout will be a 5 mile run followed by endurance sets on the TRX. Warm up for 1 mile at a very slow pace (heart rate zones 1 and 2). Gradually increase pace over the next mile to upper heart rate zone 3. For miles 3-5, work as hard as you can in upper zone 4 and some zone 5. If you don't have a heart rate monitor, perceived exertion will be an 8 or 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.
TRX - 3 sets of 25 reps (3x25)
