Virtual Trainer Offroad

Troy has been involved in motocross and offroad as a rider and racer for 25+ years. He has always had a keen interest in fitness and made fitness a priority as it relates to motocross and off-road riding. Troy met Chris Bach in November of 2008 through a mutual racing friend to assist Chris in his training. Since working with Chris they have had great success in their overall program. This led Troy to train several other top GNCC amateurs such as: Chris Douglas, Chase Bishop, Zac Nash and Austin Mount, as well as Pro WORCS and Pro National Motocross racer Chris Johnson. Troy also works with a few elite amateur motocross racers such as, Josh Osby, Brody Bell and Nate Allen. Troy is located in Laguna Niguel, CA.
