Hello,
I’ve been actively involved in racing motocross for over 20 years. I now race 30+A. after taking a 5 yr. break...(i regret it!)

I am currently hoping to find a work out routine and nutrition plan that I can follow without taking the time to go to the web and at the daily routines.

I am also needing a workout that uses no machines as my family is broke.(only have the extra to make it to the races.)

Can you help me with a routine schedule that gives me the most for my time and uses primarily body weight to train? I get arm pump and my hands go completely numb.
(I raced at Red Bud last week, running in 3rd and 4th place, last 2 laps if fell back to 8th because I couldn’t feel the bars or pull the clutch in.)

What can I do for this? I know, cardio! but what routine/schedule is best? I would love to find a nutrition plan that is simple and fast but effective. I work 2 jobs and have a wife and little boy to worry about so my time for training is limited during the week. Am I asking to much and being unrealistic or is there a program out there that can work for me?

I would greatly appreciate your knowledgeable response! Thank you very much for your time!

I know that I could put something together of your site but am hoping for a simple but effective program I can just follow.
I will be happy to purchase a program if one is available.

You came to the right place! Check out Coach Seiji's week by week strength program. Invest in the TRX system and you will have all that you need to create an effective strength program at home. Regarding nutrition and hydration, keep it simple: each fresh, raw (preferably organic) fruits and vegetables every two hours throuhgout the day and complement these with low fat, clean proetin sources (nuts, beef, chicken, fish). Consume half of your body weight in ounces of cold filtered water (150 pounds X .5 = 75 ounces). And there you have it - killer strength program, easy to follow meal and hydration plan.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Coach Robb and Coach Seiji both have complete programs available for purchase on their websites. Check them out and see if any of them fit in your budget. If not, then we have the 19-week free training program available on the site. Now that the program is complete you don't even have to log in each day. Just print them all out at once and you will have a structured, very effective 19- week training program.....for FREE. Doesn't get any easier than that. Beyond that, do a search on the site ("body weight") and check out the articles. Good luck training!
