I'll start off with my fitness, I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week, I don't have a personal exercise plan. My cardio is fairly good (well for 18 minute Motos it is) it's the physical side of it, the rougher track the more my body takes a pounding. My chest, back, lower and upper arms are the main problems, which means I find it hard to throw the bike around, I then drop back positions because of this. I should really be using my legs more but I find it really difficult to grip with them (being a six foot tall rider) and if I grip with my legs and relax my arms I get the feeling I'm going to fall off the back of the bike, it's if my mind go's "what are you doing" this then leads to arm pump.

I hope this is understandable and it will be very appreciated if someone could help me with this

Thanks

MX33,
Thank you for posting here at RacerX VT! To help me get a starting point with your riding, please shoot a video from the front, side and back and email it to me at robb3@earthlink.net. I will take a look at the video and post my thoughts back here as soon as I receive. There are numerous things that could be contributing to your frustrations, but we will figure it out!

Is there any specific areas of the track you want to see like a corner or rough section.

Anything that is typical of what/where you ride. I want to make sure we are looking at the real you on the bike.
