I want to set up an off season program for myself I just wanted to know what muscles I should focus on and what exercises I should consider doing.

That all depends on so many factors. What level rider are you, how often do you ride, what are your goals, what are your limiters/weaknesses on the bike, what are your limiters/weaknesses off the bike, etc. etc.

We have a 19 week off-season training program posted on the site. Take a look. It's pretty general so it might be just what you are looking for.
