Hi Tim And All The Team,
Quick question:- When it comes to doing crunches which is more effective the usual floor technique or something like the Ab King Pro which can be adjusted to go past the 90 degree position that the floor technique is limited to?

Both Would Be weighted of course.

Many Thanks :)

The best way to "isolate" your abs is to lay on a fit ball and drop your shoulders below the horizon; this will engage your abs as soon as you move. The instability of the ball will add additional strength. Any variation that you want to add to the fit ball is just an added benefit: medicine balls, movement to the left or right, etc.

Another tough exercise is the pike with your feet on the Indo-Board or bosu ball. This will shred your external oblique’s (your outer abs that are sometimes referred to as your love handles).

Give these a try and post here how they worked for you!
