I was wondering what I could do to gain weight and still stay healthy. Im 6ft 2inch and weigh 63kgs. I am currently eating 5 meals a day not including snacks, and I've being doing that for the last 6 weeks and I'm still not gaining weight. I've started pre-season training for my first race in February. So any advice on how I can train properly and still gain a bit of weight?

Keep eating and training. The muscle will come. You have to give it time and 6 weeks is not a lot of time. How old are you?

I'm 20 years old. I have just moved onto a 450 and I will be racing the pro class next year.

There are some older threads on the forum talking about weight gain. Search "weight gain" and read through those threads. I think they will answer your question.
