Hey guys! I'm looking for a trainer. Ive looked online and spoken with some friends and I was told to check out this site. Its very informative, but I'm looking for something a little more personal. I did a google search and found this website called riotperformance.com. Have you heard anything about it? Do you think its credible? Thanks!

If you are looking for personalized online fitness coaching or one on one personal training, you can check out my site at http://www.coachseiji.com. My site has a general description of the various personalized online and in-person services that I offer as well as information on my gym, my tracks, etc.

I don't know the person you are referring to but that doesn't mean that he's not a good trainer. There are also other contributors on this board that do similar things.

Judging by what the site you posted, I have to assume you are a quad racer. If that is the case you can get references about my online coaching services from two top pros on the national scene: Johnny Schafe and Mike Machado. Both had factory supported rides last year and I am sure both would be willing to give you a testimonial of my services.

Just email me if you would like more information or contact information for the above listed references.

Thanks!

Coach Seiji is one of the best for sure. His online programs are some of the best.

You an also check out Robb Beams. He is in Florida. David Amato is in Baltimore. Charles Dao is in California, Marc Spataro is in Baltimore, and I live in Virginia. Certainly one of us can help you out. If you need direct information for any of these guys, let me know and I can put you in contact with them.
