Im 15 years old and coming off a pretty serious leg injury (i broke my leg in 4 places in the whoops) and im looking to lose about 5-10 pounds of stomach fat and gain some strength in my arms/core and back

I assume you question is generally how do you get in shape. There are tons of articles on the site to help you train and get in shape. Once your Doctor gives you the green light to train, dive in and start training. Browse the site and start reading. I have lead the horse to the water, now it is up to you to drink! Meaning I have created a website with all the information you will ever need, now it is up to you to educate yourself and start training. Good luck and if you have a specific questions after reading the articles, feel free to come back and ask all the questions you like!
