What you think about my program?
The race is in one and a half month time. One heat lasts for 20 minutes. Do you think the following training shedule is suficient to prepare for the race regarding endurance? Day1 (monday) 30 min morning runing Gym ( general physical preparation ) After gym 30-45 min on Elliptical trainer , 140 – 150 pulse
Day2 (tuesday) 30 min morning runing Gym ( general physical preparation ) After gym 30-45 min on Elliptical trainer , 140 – 150 pulse Day3 (wednesday) 15-20 min morning runing After dinner 45 min run
Day4 (thursday) 30 min morning runing Gym ( general physical preparation ) After gym 30-45 min on Elliptical trainer , 140 – 150 pulse
Day5 (friday) 30 min morning runing After dinner about 1 hr. Swiming pool
Day6 (saturday) Running 1 hr.
Day7 (sunday) Rest
