Jordan, Everything you need is at your finger tips on the website. Start studying the articles and looking at the workouts in the training section. Unfortunately your question is way too broad and way beyond the scope of this forum to come up with an effective training program designed specifically for you. If you are dedicated and really want to train, my advice is to study hard and read every article on the site. You will learn so much that you won;t need someone else to set a program up for you. It will take a lot of work and long hours on your part, but if you really want it, nothing will stop you. HOT TIP: within several of the article are complete schedules and programs.
