Which plyometric exercises are beneficial in motocross racing? I know we need the lower body plyo workouts, but what about upper body? Is that even necessary, or do we just need muscular endurance training for our upper body?

I like all plyometric exercises; upper and lower. We are actually in the process of putting a plyometric workout together for MX so keep an eye out for that.
