What are some proper snack foods that should be consumed? I don't mean snack as in late night cravings. But throughout the day at work.

I generally work 6:30 to 3:00 Monday through Friday. I start the morning off with breakfast, usually whole wheat toast with peanut butter and some kind of fruit. Or non fat yogurt with blueberries thrown in there.

First morning break is taken anywhere from 8:30 to 9:30, lunch around noon, and afternoon break(if we have time) at 2:00. What are some things that I could "snack" on at those breaks if I'm feeling hungry. I usually pick fruit, but sometimes don't have any, or just feel like mixing it up a little bit...
