 Post subject: Lump in neck after fall

Four days ago I fell backward and landed on my hand (lightly), butt (mostly), and head (with a helmet). My neck and clavicle have been sore and now there is a lump on my neck. It's at the base of my neck on the front (about a couple inches to the side from the middle front, and about an inch above clavicle). Could this be from falling?

It most certainly could but why not be safe and go see your doc? If it starts to go away I think you will be fine but I am NOT a doctor. Keep an eye on it and if you think it's serious go get it evaluated.
