 Post subject: Week 12 tempo

For the weight lifting in week 12 it says to do the exercise as fast as you can. Is that both up and down as fast as you can or just up?

Controlled on the way down and explosive on the way up. Up is the positive motion referenced in the workouts. The most important thing to remember is control!!!!!! If the movement becomes so fast it is out of control, increase the weight. Failure is reached when the speed of the lift starts to slow on the 12th rep.
