Hi i've been studying all the info on this site for some time now, and i must say it is absolutely brilliant to have a site like this for us motocross guys.
My question is that i have just started the 19 week program today, and have just newly bought a TRX system to use with it, i am completely aware that i should have started this program at least 2 months ago to be finished in time for the race season.
I have roughly 10 weeks until my first race, would it be best just to continue from the start of the program, or start at a certain week half way through?
I would be able to do 2hrs training a day if required so could i just increase the intensity of my workouts to compensate for my lack of time?

Thanks James

I would follow the plan as outlined. And if you have more time you can certainly increase the length of the workouts by adding an additional set or some different exercises. On the cardio you can lengthen the sessions by adding additional sets or 15 minutes to the sessions. And you can ALWAYS DO MORE STRETCHING. If you do a stretching session at least once a day for the next 10 weeks, that will be your biggest benefit going into the race season. Try it and prove me wrong. But you cannot miss a single day. Set a goal and do it! Thanks for reading Racer X VT and keep us updated on your progress.
