Hi i've been studying all the info on this site for some time now, and i must say it is absolutely brilliant to have a site like this for us motocross guys. My question is that i have just started the 19 week program today, and have just newly bought a TRX system to use with it, i am completely aware that i should have started this program at least 2 months ago to be finished in time for the race season. I have roughly 10 weeks until my first race, would it be best just to continue from the start of the program, or start at a certain week half way through? I would be able to do 2hrs training a day if required so could i just increase the intensity of my workouts to compensate for my lack of time?
