i race harescrambles and My race season is starting march 3rd. I havefound the In Season: Race an Train article and it looks like a solid program. But i have noticed the 19 week program also, so i was wondering which one would be the best for me? please let me know.

Depends on your current physical condition and goals really. I think both would be fine for you. Really depends on the amount of time you have available to dedicate to training.
Have you checked out the "off-Road" section? Robb Beams offers some complete training plans in some of his articles. Check that out!
