hey guys I'm 16 and I just got into working out. I love riding/ racing. I have a decent workout routine going but I think I need something more aggressive or something that will give me results. I'm a lean built person and I'm almost 6 feet tall. all I have for equipment is a weight bench, curl up bar, leg press and tredmil/ bike machine / stair stepper. Im a very dedicated person and will appreciate all help!

Well, everything you need is already on the site! A good place to start is the training section. There you will find all sorts of workouts and schedules that you can use to suit your needs. You can also follow the 19-week Free training plan.

Sometime in August we will be launching a new section on the site that will offer complete training packages for 19 bucks per month. It will be exactly what you are looking for!
