Last night I used the elliptical instead of a cycle is this ok? I know this sounds dumb for someone riding motocross but I need to stay away from impact and I’m recovering from a back issue(rowing is out for awhile). I could use a spinning bike if that would be a more preferable substitute. Also did the alternate 30 min @ 132bpm or 75%

Elliptical is fine as is the stationary bike. Just remember that if you use the Elliptical to do the LTHR test, the results are ONLY good for the Elliptical. If you are going to use the stationary bike as well, then a separate test would have to be done for the bike to set appropriate heart rate training zones.
