Are you supposed to go through the entire workout from start to finish as 1 circuit or stop at one legged shoulder presses and start over at leg curls, then finish with the stretching exercises? I went all the way through and did the stretching both circuits and it seemed to take forever.

Stretching is last. Do the strength training exercises and then the stretching. So yes, stop at the one-legged shoulder press and start the circuit over. Once you have competed the strength exercises, then go through the stretches once.

Another way to do the workout circuits is to do all the lower body exercises as one circuit, repeat twice to complete all the lower body sets. Then do the upper body exercises as a separate circuit, repeated for the prescribed number of sets, then do the same for the core exercises. Stretching done at the end as a cool down.

Thanks for the clarification guys. I thought that was right after finishing. I like the option of breaking it down into groups as well. :D
