Hi, I have only become aware of this program today (Thursday) mid afternoon, I am deffinately commiting to this program now. I have been to the gym doing Mild Weights and a core session on tuesday, had a rest day yesterday and will be going again tonight, what do you think would be the best way into the program considering this? I was thinking possibly as for the seiji program it is a rest day today and I had a rest day yesterday, do a cardio session on the rowing machine, just a 2000m then a 5000m ? Any Ideas? Also as I do not know what is planned for tomorrow and I have not done the base test for Heart rates... Regards, Olly
