I have been eating like a horse non-stop all day for the last month since i started training and riding again after an injury 2 months ago(it took a month of training to get to the point of eating all the time) i dont know if its ok to be eating like this. i would have to say im eating between 2500 and 3000 calories through out 7-8 meals a day. i'm only 145 and 5,10.
weekly training
mon- recovery day-warm up,stretch, 30 minute bike ride tues- warm ,up,stretch, 1 hour bike ride, gym 25 min (in season) and ride 1 hour wed- warm up,stretch , 1 hour bike ride and ride 2 1/2 hours thurs- warm up, stretch, 45 min bike ride , gym 25 min and ride 1 hour friday- stretch sat- ride sun-race/ride
any help would be great thanks
