Hi All,
Just a quick question which is in the title to this topic, simply put my weekly diet is good and yes Tim has checked it....lol but i'm unsure what kinds of foods I should be eating after a practice session or a day of racing as I know my body gets torn down through these periods and it's important to eat the right foods to help recovery and prevent getting to low, ready to get training the following week.
