I'm having some bad problems with cramping in my legs. I do cycle and plyo classes as well as CORE classes and my cardio is fine, but I'm having some terrible issues with leg cramps. It really hit me hard tonight after I went for a 2 mile jog. I drink tons of water and hardly and soda, maybe 1 soda a week. I would consider my diet to be rather healthy to. No fast food unless its Subway and alot of fruits and vegetables as well. I'm getting rather frustrated because its holding me back!

Any help is appreciated!
