Hello, Im new to this forum and hope someone will get this that can help. i have been racing some hair scrambles and a few enduros and i am a B-class rider. i want to start training specifically for this kind of racing but have never trained before and have no idea where to start. if someone could help with a work out plan it would be greatly appreciated. i have an 8 hour team race coming up august 15th and need to have a work out plan that really works soon. thanks in advance for any help. Derek

First off welcome to the forum and Racer X Virtual Trainer. Your question has been addressed several times on the forum and trainer Robb Beams has written two articles specifically on training for off-road racers. Search the forum and the read these two articles.
