my neck has been hurting so i went to the doctor and they said i was having neck spasms will this efect my training?and if it dose how dose it efecct it thanks :shock:

Since you went to the doctor about your spasms, he or she would be the best person to answer this question. Why were you having them, how often, how severe, etc., etc. are all things that your doctor should know. Ask your doc, find out what's up and then report the answer back here so we can all learn from your spasms. Thanks!

Oh and by the way. Let me give you a little tip. I'm not trying to be mean or anything and I know that you younger kids don't like to check your spelling because of the "texting mentality", but when you spell a word and you see a little red line underneath of it, that means it is spelled incorrectly. If you right click on it you can fix it. Correct spelling and proper grammar will make your questions appear more important and it shows that you took the extra milli-second to correct the spelling. Like I said, I'm not trying be mean....just offering some advice on how to get serious answers when you participate on a serious board. At least that's my opinion.
