OMG....I couldn't believe when I stepped on the scale today for the first time in months.....205! Last time I weight myself was late summer maybe and I was 195 so I was a little shocked. I eat really pretty clean and my 33" pants still fit great but man. I have not really lifted weights regularly for a good year prior to this (I was all about just cardio for the most part last year) so I am hoping this is just muscle weight...makes me feel better to think that anyway.
Anyone else gain weight following the program?
Edit: I am just starting week 11.
