I have recently started P90x and like it so far. It is very intense and i was wondering if it is too intense for off road racers like myself. I didnt know if anyone had any ideas if i should skip some of the P90x workouts or alternate more of an active recovery work out. I dont want to overtrain and burn out like i tend to do.

Personally, I like P90X and definitely do NOT think it is too much for offroad racing. If you tend to overtrain, listen to your body and watch for the signs.
