In on of your articles about pre-season training you have a 3 minute row before each circuit. There are some days when I do not have access to a rowing machine is there any good substitute for rowing before each circuit? Thank you

anything. Running, stationary bike, jump rope.....anything that is high intensity cardio. I just prefer the rower b/c it engages both the upper and lower body.
