If I were you I would just dig in on week 1. It's too late now to worry about or specifically prepare for the upcoming season. As a matter of fact, if you have been training too hard, this will provide a good little break to bring your training back into check. If anything I would say you can cut the initial training period (Anatomical Adaptation) down to two weeks. And possibly the second phase as well. Start on week 1 and dive in. If you feel you can progress faster, then by all means skip ahead. Just don't skip ahead b/c you think the workouts are too easy. If you take the exercises and workouts to failure they are all tough.
