1. Did you participate in the workouts? YES
2. Did you like or dislike the workouts? Like
3. What did you like about the program? I liked that everything was laid out and specific, also the time of all workouts were good. 45 min is really the max time i wanna run and i really dont wanna spend more than a hour in gym. The cardo portion was great
4. What did you dislike about the program? I did not like how there were just pictures showing the workouts. There needs to be videos to show in detail how to do everything. Some workouts i never seen before and was confused on how to do it correct. Also even though we can change our lifiting exercises, i felt the weight lifiting started off great then faded as each month went by and also got very boring. I would have like more variation in the gym workouts.
5. Would you pay ($10 - $20 per month) to part of an online training community that offered a variety of training plans, contained daily workouts emailed directly to your inbox, a forum dedicated to answering your questions, and explanation videos of the workouts? I would pay definitley 10-20 but any more than 20 is a little much. great program.

1. Did you participate in the workouts? Yes, only missed about 5-6 for the past 14 weeks.
2. Did you like or dislike the workouts? Fell in love!!! haha
3. What did you like about the program? i got interested in a more healthy diet, learned about the benefits of creating an aerobic base(which this program is all about!), and am worried sick about how i am going to keep a structured program going into my racing season.
4. What did you dislike about the program? nothing.
5. Would you pay ($10 - $20 per month) to part of an online training community that offered a variety of training plans, contained daily workouts emailed directly to your inbox, a forum dedicated to answering your questions, and explanation videos of the workouts? That would be awesome. Places like coachsejii.com, coachrobb.com are offering excellent programs but cannot afford to pay $200 a month but a $15 a month program with something that keeps structure to your workout i would buy and highly recomend it to anyone i know. Can't wait to see it come out thanks, joe h

Be patient. Getting the premium section up and running is taking a little longer than expected but we are getting close.
