Day 2 Loretta Lynn's Work of the Day

Virtual Trainer is joined by Concept 2 and TRX Fitness Anywhere at Loretta Lynn's this week. In addition to daily demonstrations and a 500 meter row challenge we will be presenting a Work Out of the Day specifically for Loretta Lynn's.

Do 2 sets of the following in circuit format
50 Air Squats
25 regular pushups
1000 meter Row
50 TRX Suspended Mountain Climbers (25 each side)
