19 - Weeks ago, Coach Seiji was generous enough to present daily workouts targeted at the weekend warrior with a full time job and only 1 hour per day to train. The response has been outstanding and from the site traffic it looks like a bunch of you  took advantage of this incredible offer. Where we go from here is still in the planning stages but rest assured there will be some form of daily training offered on Virtual Trainer. The details of what will be offered will hinge on your comments.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Coach Seiji for providing workouts for the last 19-weeks. His commitment and intelligence are an incredible asset to those who ride motocross.

What to Expect
Week 19 marks the end of our off-season training program. As with all phases of training, this week is designated a recovery week. Everything we have done to this point is to prepare you to peak for an A priority event (important race). This peak normally happens the second or third week of this period in a well trained person.

Week nineteen goals:

  1. Rest week so really rest up!
  2. Your peak should hold for the week after this one so if you have an event you want to do well in, go for it!
  3. Get your goals established for the next go around!

    Is the virtual trainer going to be available after the 19 week period or just close out, it said to subscribe so you don't loose the chance...Don't see where to do that.
