Sunday Workout With Trainer Charles Dao

by Racer X Virtual Trainer

Join in on this workout as Cole Seely and Justin Brayton's trainer Charles Dao demonstrates a high intensity circuit workout with Endurocross rider Colton Hakker. The only thing needed for this workout is a little equipment and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears!

Charles and Colton demonstrate and talk about the workout and the benefits of each exercise. The best thing about this workout is you can set this one up in your house, appartment, garage or even take it to the gym and show everyone how its done!

Don't know who Colton Hakker is? Well you are missing out on an incredible talent. Check out this YouTube clip.

I love it, Charles is way fitter than the kid as in reality a trainer should be, otherwise they are a coach. Go Charles!! You can see that Colton is having trouble recruiting his T.V.A(Tranasverse abdominus) doing push to pikes, and especially while doing the wheel roll-outs and he had horrible F.H.P.(forward head posture). Charles, a tip: Bosu work is epic, but do the chops using a cable stack instead of the 'd' handled weighted ball. So much more effective and throw in some Med ball tosses to the kid whislt he is astride the bosu. Cheers, love your work.
