Tonight's workout is a HIT workout (High Intensity Training) involving the Concept2 rower and TRX straps.

Easy to follow - Row then immediatly do the three TRX exercises, rest and repeat.

250 meter rower
10 TRX low rows
10 TRX atomic pushups
10 bicycle crunches
30 second rest period

500 meter row
15 low rows
15 atomic pushups
15 bicycle crunches
1 minute rest period

750 meter rower
20 TRX low rows
20 TRX atomic pushups
20 bicycle crunches
1:30 second rest period

1000 meter row
25 low rows
25 atomic pushups
25 bicycle crunches
2 minute rest period

Now move back down the pyramid....if you are feeling strong!
